00 / Process

Built like infrastructure, not a demo.

Six stages, each with a concrete output, so you always know where the project stands and what you are getting.

  1. 01

    Discover

We learn the business problem, the people involved and how the work runs today, including the messy exceptions.

    You get

    Problem brief and success measures

  2. 02

    Architect

We design the system: triggers, data, tools, AI steps, failure paths and who owns what.

    You get

    System map and fixed-scope proposal

  3. 03

    Build

We implement the workflows, agents, apps or site in accounts you own, with progress you can see.

    You get

    Working system in staging

  4. 04

    Test

We test with realistic data and edge cases: missing fields, duplicates, API failures, odd customer replies.

    You get

    Test results and fixes

  5. 05

    Launch

We deploy to production carefully, monitor the first live runs and train your team.

    You get

    Live system and handover docs

  6. 06

    Optimise

We watch real usage, tune prompts and logic, and improve what the data says matters.

    You get

    Ongoing support where agreed

02 / Working together

The practical details.

01What do you need from us to start?

An hour with the people who run the process, access to the relevant tools (or a sandbox), and a decision-maker for scope questions.

02How is pricing structured?

Every project starts with a $750 diagnostic that maps the process and ends in a written plan with a fixed price; the fee is credited against the build if it starts within 60 days. System builds start at $5,000 and are agreed in writing before work starts. Larger programmes are phased so each phase delivers something usable. Full details are on the pricing page.

03How do you handle access and credentials?

Work happens in your accounts. We request the minimum access needed and remove it at handover if you prefer.

04What happens after launch?

We monitor early live runs closely, then move to an agreed support arrangement or a clean handover with documentation.
