Who we are

Pathfinder Automation Solutions ("Pathfinder", "we") designs and builds automation, AI and web systems for businesses. You can contact us about privacy at taiwo@pathfinderautomationsolutions.com.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, website, the services you are interested in, a description of your project, budget and timeline ranges, and anything else you choose to add.

To understand which pages and channels lead to enquiries, the form also records the page you first landed on, the referring site, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source). We do not record your IP address in the form.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you, prepare for a strategy call and, if you ask us to, write a proposal. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Services that process data for us

Netlify hosts this website. Web3Forms delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email. If you book a call, Calendly processes the booking. If you use the live voice demo, the call audio and transcript are processed by Vapi to run the demo conversation. Each provider acts under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. A small amount of information about your visit (the first page you viewed and the referrer) is held in your browser's session storage and cleared when you close the tab. If we add analytics, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for responding to you and for any project that follows, and delete enquiries that do not lead to work within 24 months.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing taiwo@pathfinderautomationsolutions.com.
