01Why is the diagnostic paid?
Because it is real work. The map and the written plan are useful whether or not we build, and the price you get for the build is based on how your business actually runs, not a guess made on a sales call. If the build starts within 60 days, the full $750 is credited against it.
02What does "from $5,000" cover?
One system, end to end: the workflows, integrations, AI steps and testing it needs to run on its own. Bigger systems, or several connected ones, are priced in phases so each phase delivers something usable.
03What if we only need something small?
The diagnostic will say so. The written plan shows the smallest change that solves the problem, and that is what we recommend.
04What does Automation Care include?
For $350 a month per system we monitor it, repair it when an app or API changes, tune its running costs and keep the documentation current. Care is optional: you can also take a clean handover and run the system yourself.
05Do we also pay for the software?
Yes. Tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, OpenAI or Twilio are billed to your own accounts, so you own them. The plan lists the expected running costs before you commit.
06Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. Every build is quoted in writing before work starts.
